I guess the data on the SD card using the ResMed Noon model it may consider the time from 06:00 AM yesterday to 06:00 today as one day or sleep period, even though it is actually the end of one night's sleep period and the beginning and most of a different night's sleep period. So the data visible on the panel isn't terrible useful. So the result of that is that since the time zone here is six hours later plus one day later than Hawaii, if I have the machine set to "1 Day" so I can monitor each night's results myself on the machine, it I awake or get up later than 6:00 AM here (which is 12:00 Noon of the previous day in Hawaii) the machine will treat any time after 06:00 as a new "night" and the machine will say on the panel for example that I used it for 1 hour 30 minutes if I get up at 07:30. With respect to that 12 Noon Model, a long time ago when I first got the machine, I had an issue where I had changed the time and date to the local time and date on the other side of the world where I spend a great deal of my time rather than the time and date where I got the machine.Īfter awhile I learned that I could erase all data and reset the time and date to where I got the machine from (Hawaii) so I did reset the time and date to Hawaii because anyway the CDMA transmittal features in a US based machine don't work in the country where I am spending much of my time, so ResMed or my provider would never see the data anyway created while I used the machine in that location anyway unless it was saved to an SD card since it can't be transmitted wirelessly. Not the least of which is the warning about deviating from the ResMed 12:00 Noon Model (which it says click here to learn more) but clicking there doesn't seem to produce more information. I do see now that I do have a steep learning curve ahead of me after briefly reviewing " RobySue's Thank you very much for the confirmation that it works with High Sierra 10.13.4 pupcamper and others who responded! It is the far better than the manufacturer's software.

It has worked well with both machines with all versions of the Mac OS, including the current High Sierra 10.13.4.
